Refund and Returns
We do hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you would like to return your goods to us, we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange. As JW Products is a UK based company, our return policies are practiced in accordance with English law.

What is your returns process?
Simply return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging.
How long do I have to initiate a return?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
How long until I receive my refund?
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Once your return is approved, a refund is immediately issued and typically received within 5 days.
What is an eligible return?
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

What if I am not happy with the quality?
A refund less carriage will be given on any unused seals that are returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Do you accept exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Should a product not meet our documented performance standards, we will replace or refund the entire batch at no extra cost.
If you find a like-for-like seal at a cheaper price within 14 days from your date or order, we will refund the difference.
If your order exceeds the delivery timescale provided to you by your sales representative, we will discount your next order with us.
