Delivery Information

You may have questions about the carrier and service we use to ensure safe and secure delivery of your ordered seals.

Our most common questions are shown below, however please contact us if you wish to know more details about our delivery process.

Delivery questions

We ship all our deliveries tracked and signed for with DPD.

When will I receive my order?

The length of delivery varies depending on the type of product you have ordered. Each product has a lead time specific to the product at the top of each page.

Our plain and stock numbered products are dispatched immediately and will arrive within 1-2 working days. Custom printed seals will be scheduled for production and delivered within 7-10 days.

What delivery service and carrier do you use?

All of our deliveries are sent fully tracked through DPD. If your order is from stock and placed before 2pm, we will ensure that it is dispatched the same-day for delivery the next. 

Orders under £100 will be subject to a delivery fee of £6.25. Any order over £100 will be delivered free of charge.

What are your carriage charges?

Yes, we charge £6.25 for any order than is below the value of £100. Any order over £100 will qualify for free next day delivery.

Can we pick up our order from your factory?

Yes, if you would prefer to pick up your order, this can be arranged. Please contact us to organise this. Our factory is located at Lockie House, Withins Road, Haydock, St Helens, Merseyside, WA11 9UD.

During the checkout process, the Click and Collect option is shown at the delivery stage which will give the option to select either Standard Delivery or Click and Collect. With Click and Collect being chosen, customers will see our office collection point and be able to place their order with a collection date being provided thereafter by e-mail. The customer can then process their payment as usual but will be sent a form of communication about how to collect their order. In some cases further proof of purchase might also be required upon collection – such as order confirmation ID or customer details.

Is it possible to return an item?

If you have ordered the wrong stock item by mistake, you can return the item unused in its original packaging to Lockie House, Withins Road, Haydock, St Helens, WA11 9UD but you will be liable for the costs of returning the consignment. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of your ordered product, please get in touch with us on receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that we have made printing or manufacturing errors, we will arrange for the goods to be picked up and reprinted at no extra cost. Please contact us within 30 days to arrange collection and redelivery.

What is the turnaround for custom printed seals?

Our custom printed delivery times vary depending on the seal you require and the production schedule at the time of your order.

Typically, you can expect to receive plastic seals within 5-7 days. Metal barrier seals may take up to 10 days for delivery of custom printed seals.
