HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Although we always strive to ensure custom satisfaction, if you are unhappy with the goods you have received please contact your designated Account Manager as soon as possible. We take pride in the service we offer and will endeavour to quickly rectify any issues or dissatisfaction.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
All orders will be subject to a standard delivery cost of £15.00, unless otherwise stated by your designated Account Manager. Additional costs may be charged for overseas deliveries and / or any other specific delivery requirements. We offer a bespoke service and our shipping costs reflect this. We will always make the shipping costs explicitly clear when offering bespoke quotations.
In the unlikely event that we have made printing or manufacturing errors or sent out incorrect products, we will arrange for the goods to be picked up and/or reprinted at no extra cost. Please contact us within 30 days to arrange collection and redelivery of your security seals. We will endeavour to have products re-printed and sent out to you as quickly as possible.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR CARRIAGE?
Yes, our carriage charge will be dependent on quantity and weight ordered. Our standard carriage charge is £15 for single seal boxes but can range upto £45 on large quantity orders. If you are ordering from overseas, extra delivery costs may apply. Please contact us to obtain a quote for this.
