Cable Seals – ISO 17712 Security
Cable security seals are a variable length barrier seal which provide a high level of security through its unique locking mechanism and cable wire design. Our 3.5mm cable seal can withstand over 1,250kg of tensile force (breaking strength) and is fully ISO 17712:2013 compliant and approved as a HMRC Group 1 Barrier seal.

These seals are the ideal barrier seal for intermodal operations that require a high level of security on moving cargo. Suitable for applications including shipping containers, rail trucks, plastic distribution boxes and petrochemical valves. Made from galvanised, non-preformed steel cable that unravels when cut and removable only with a cutting tool.
Classified as a barrier seal, these seals have a variable length cable, providing a high level of security through its unique locking mechanism and cable design. The 3.5mm seals are fully compliant with ISO 17712 and have been certified as a Group 1 Barrier Seal by HMRC.

1.5mm Cable Seal
1.5mm seals can handle 330kg of tensile pressure.
2.5mm Cable Seal
These seals can handle 500kg of tensile pressure.
3.5mm Cable Seal
- 3.5mm x 300mm multi stranded high tensile steel wire (splays when cut).
- These seals can handle 1,250kg of tensile pressure.
- Head dimensions: 26 x 26 x 8mm

Seal Procedure
Simple to apply, just pull the cable through and tighten to minimise the loop for an extremely strong and secure tamper proof seal.
Custom Print
Supplied with laser marking of company name/logo, barcoding and sequential numbering.
All of our deliveries are sent fully traceable and if your order is from stock and placed before 2pm, we will ensure that it is dispatched the same-day for delivery the next. Orders under £100 will be subject to a delivery fee of £9.00. Any order over £100 will be delivered free of charge.
